(referred to asXorunes26 app"Xorunes26 app", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this criterion and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is not available where its use is prohibited by law.

To fully access Service features, you must register an account using accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for securing your login information and all actions on your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, containing false information, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.
3. Nature and Limitations of the Service
Xorunes26 app provides AI-enhanced market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated trade execution through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational and analytical purposes only.
- Xorunes26 app does not hold or manage your funds. All capital remains in your personal brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to brokers using API keys with read and trade permissions only. These keys cannot be used for withdrawals.
- Past performance of any strategy or signal does not indicate future outcomes.
- Trading carries risk of loss, including the potential loss of your principal investment.
4. No Financial Advice Provided
Nothing on the platform Xorunes26 app constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals and analytics are for informational use only. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Xorunes26 app is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. All fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of the initial payment for new subscribers only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or violate applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other activities that breach financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets available through the Service are owned exclusively by Xorunes26 app or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to this content. Use of our trademarks or logos requires prior written permission.

Xorunes26 app WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Xorunes26 app WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO Xorunes26 app IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xorunes26 app and its officers, directors, staff, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) resulting from or connected to your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may close your account anytime via account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or terminate your access immediately upon violation of these Terms. After termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data as per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will initially be settled through binding arbitration in London under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ rules. Users in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in their local courts.
13. Amendments to Terms
We may revise these Terms anytime. Significant changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
